Chocolate Mug Cake
This Class was way toooooo much fun. We had
3 Volcano's going
Camp Chef 2-Burner Stove going and the
Oven / Stove from Camp Chef. Needless to say we were on hot class. Colleen set up bowls of just about everything you could think of....from chocolate chips to olives, onions, carrots, pie fillings, I think it was what she had left in her cooler!!! We took either a
Camp Chef Pie Cooker or a small paper, if you can find them, cup and started to play. You took any type of bread dough in a can that you can find and started to fill them with whatever you wanted as long as it could fit in the cup. Made the dough about palm size and start filling.....then fold it in half and put it in the cup. In the bottom of a dutch oven fill about 1" with water then put the cups in and cook till they are done.
Now for the Camp Chef Pie Cookers ....pat out the dough until just bigger then the cooker size you are using. Oil the inside of the cooker and put the doe in. Place whatever pizza fillings or pie fillings you want in it and then put another piece of dough over the top of that. You will notice it should cut off or almost cut off what is hanging off the edge......if not cut around it and put over a heat source. It will take a while for cast iron to heat up but once it does you are off and cooking. Check to see if the bread is done and then you can eat it......but remember this is very very hot coming out of the pie cooker. I was amazed how much fun the pie cooker were and the cup goodies were just plain crazy fun!!!
