Recipe Page Chinese Hamburger Casserole 1 Pound Ground Beef 1 Medium Onion 3/4 Cup Celery, sliced diagonally 1 10 oz. Can Water Chestnuts, drained and chopped 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce 1 10.5 oz. Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Cup Chinese Noodles Directions: Preheat 12" Dutch Oven. Cook ground beef and onion. Drain off the grease when cooked. Add celery, water chestnuts, soy sauce, and soup. Cook for about 25 minutes. Add Chinese Noodles over the top and serve. Serve with brown or white rice. You will see steam coming out from under the lid plus you will smell it too!! Serves: 4-6
