Basil 1/2 tsp. salt 1 lg. onion chopped 3 1/2 cups Chicken Broth 1/2 cup Orzo (rice shaped pasta) 1/2 tsp pepper Directions: Cook sausage until all pink is gone and add the onions. Saute until soft. Add tomatoes, broth and basil. Take a slotted spoon and break up the whole tomatoes. Bring to a boil and stir in the Orzo, salt and pepper. Simmer until the orzo is tender.
